TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOARDING

• New customers will need to arrange a visit so that the proprietor may assess the dog’s suitability for boarding.
• The Proprietor reserves the right to decline or terminate the booking if an animal’s behaviour is unacceptable or disruptive to other persons, animals or for any other reason solely at the discretion of The Proprietor.
• Bookings must be paid for in advance to dogs delight (Cheques made payable to ‘dog Boarding etc).
• An emergency telephone number must be given either for the owner or a friend should any problems arise.
• The Owner must fully divulge all information relating to any medical conditions or treatments being undergone at the time of the boarding and must supply a photocopy of the current vaccination certificate. (Regrettably, we cannot accept animals that have not been vaccinated.)
• All information relating to the animals behaviour including aggression (for example towards children and other dogs etc) must be supplied, whether it seems relevant or not.
• Should an animal fall ill during their stay then a suitable Veterinary Surgeon will be consulted and the Owner will be liable for all costs relating to treatment.
• The Proprietor will take every care to ensure your animal's well being during their stay. However, the Proprietor cannot accept any liability for events that could be reasonably expected to be outside of her control (although Dogs Delight has full Public Liability Insurance).
